Penang MIAO HUI 2022 CNY CELEBRATION FANTASTIC NOTE

Penang CNY Celebration began at The Heritage Precinct of George Town since year 1999 with the aim to spread our traditional cultures through a CNY festive event by the local communities and cultural associations.
